Booking a session

Can I talk to a practitioner before booking?

Yes. Use "Contact" on any profile or service to send them a message.

Can I book a session by video?

Yes. Turn on "Video sessions only" in the search, or look for "Video" on the service. You receive the link after booking.

How do I book a session?

Open the service, choose a date and a time, and pay. The practitioner confirms and you can message them straight away.

Can I cancel?

Free of charge up to 48 hours before the session. After that, contact the practitioner: most will move the session rather than cancel it.

When am I charged?

When you book. Your payment is held securely until the session has taken place.

How much does Calmlist take?

A small fee on each booking, shown before you publish. There is no subscription.

How do I list my services?

Create a free account, fill in your profile and qualifications, then publish your first service from your dashboard.

Our team answers every message, usually within a day.
